Welcome to Stephens Children Foundation
Stephen’s Children Foundation is a nonprofit charity organization formed by a group of individuals who are victims of persecution in Northern Nigeria and who have enjoyed free education and sponsorship in the past, in the South Western Nigeria. We are registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria to stand as a voice to hundreds of orphaned children who have been neglected and are without means of formal education or who have gained admission but have no means of paying their fees.
Looking at our past and how we have enjoyed free education and sponsorships, we also yearn to see more sons of the martyrs go to school again and become useful vessels in the society. Our efforts are on top gear to give equal opportunities to other orphans and the less privilege in general.
More so, widows and other victims of religious indiscrimination are also our concern as we are from the same family of the martyrs. Widows are to be empowered and supported to meet their needs and that of their children.

Cecilia Markus' Story
Cecilia Markus continues to enjoy Support from the STEPHENS CHILDREN FOUNDATION through the Orphan Child Education Support Project (OCESP) from the foundation. She is a Victim of banditry as her father was killed by the bandits who invaded their community on 9th of September 2021. She was taken captive by the bandits alongside her older sibling and their Mother who is now a widow. The family continue to appreciate the foundation for the support towards Cecilia. As such we sincerely appreciate every of our donors and well wishers for the support towards the Stephen Children foundation as we are able to help through your supports to us in reaching out to the orphans, widows and the needy ones around and within our reach.
